Annual Clambake

Each September St. Ambrose Parish invites parishioners, friends, and family and members of the local community to gather on the parish grounds and celebrate the end of summer! On the Sunday following Labor Day, crowds of people come together from Noon until 5:00PM to enjoy clam cakes and chowder, dynamites and dough boys, French fries, hamburgers and hot dogs along with cold beer and home baked goods.  There are games of chance for adults and games for children.  During the festivities the winners of the Annual Clambake Club Raffle for $5,000 in prizes are drawn.  If you are interested in helping us with this annual event or want to learn more about the Clambake Club Raffle contact the rectory.  We hope you enjoy the photo slideshow above from one of our Annual Clambakes.

We’ll see you on September 11, 2011 at the clambake!
